P&O Ferries

cheap p&o ferry faresP&O FERRIES: P&O Ferries is the UK’s largest and most well-known ferry operator, with, arguably, the most longstanding and trusted reputation. The business was formulated from three individual companies, P&O Stena Line, P&O Portsmouth and P&O North Sea Ferries.

The current P&O Ferries brand was created in 2002 following P&O’s acquisition of Stena Line's 40% shareholding of P&O Stena Line. In 2006 Dubai Ports World acquired the P&O Group, of which P&O Ferries is a wholly owned subsidiary.

At its peak the company had a total of 32 ships, and has invested over £400 million in some of the largest and fastest cross-Channel super ferries. With routes to France, Spain, Belgium and Holland from Dover, Portsmouth and Hull, P&O Ferries has one of the most modern fleets afloat.

Through www.ferrycheap.com you can book up to 30 daily crossings from Dover to Calais, with departures every 45 minutes. The average crossing time is 75 minutes.
